Shipping & Returns


We offer USPS, UPS & LTL shipping options. Choose the method that is best for you. UPS has the best up to date tracking system available.

International shipping: We cannot do any direct shipping to international destinations unless it is a US territory or APO, etc which is considered domestic to the US Postal service. However, if you can secure a US based broker who can export our products for you internationally, we can ship to any location they may have in the USA. All paperwork and brokers fees are the customer's responsibility. We do not recommend any particular broker services. It is up to the customer to find their own broker.

For HI, AK, PR, APO type locations & US territories, we only offer USPS shipping. Some products we sell are not allowed in air shipments. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel any products going to these locations that we cannot ship by air.

For larger shipments over 300 lbs our cart will offer you shipping from a number of LTL (Less then Load) carriers. If you have shipments over 1,500 lbs give us a call and we may be able to find you a better deal on shipping.


We sell only Factory packaged or Factory authorized packaging & sealed products. We will accept returns under these conditions:

  1.) Product must be returned in original condition

  2.) 10% restocking charge will be deducted from purchase price

  3.) Once we have shipped an order, there will be no credit for shipping fees paid by customer. If product was a free shipping item, our cost of shipping will be deducted from total amount paid and restock fee taken from the balance.

  4.) Customer pays return shipping

  5.) We will waive restock fee for product trades

  6.) We will issue final credit less restock fees when we receive the product in good condition

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please call us & we will try to take care of the problem.
