Keystone offered the best price online. I much prefer going through them than Amazon.Shipping is a bit high, but that seems to be the way of it. I could have saved on shipping through Amazon probably. Good website at Keystone.

I recently purchased Triclopyr 3 Herbicide to spot treat Autumn Olive in our hay meadows. We had been using Roundup but we were not getting a complete kill and had to re-spray the following growing season, Roundup also left us with large bare patches in our meadows. Just sprayed Triclopyr 3 on our Autumn Olive 1 week ago, so far most of the leaves have fallen off the Autumn Olive but it's too early to tell if it is going to kill the Autumn Olive. I'm a little concerned about the leaves falling off so fast, in so far as the herbicide may not have had time to translocate throughout the entire plant. I'll let you know next Spring.

I bought Butyrac 200 specifically for my 100% clover wildlife food plots. For whatever reason, ragweed tends to take over my food plots and smothers out lighter clover areas. Butyrac 200 seems to work very well on controlling ragweed and many other broadleaf weeds without injury to the clover if applied when weeds are no more than 4 - 6 inches high. I use a tank sprayer and use 3 oz. butyrac per gallon. A second application may be needed if weeds are higher and more dense. My only concern is that on the manufacturers label, it states not to use on clover and other grazing grasses. It doesn't state why but I am concerned that it could be harmful to grazing animals, ie: whitetail?

I am working with the Missouri Dep't of Conservation in improving the forest/trees on my farm; both for improved health of the trees and animal habitat. In the process of thinning out the marginal trees and scrub, I apply Tordon to the outer ring of cut stumps. Now in my third year, I have seen how well the product works - no regrowth or sprouts.
