I ordered several products in both 2.5 gallon and 1 gallon containers. The shipment arrived in a very short time and was well packed. As I checked the shipment I noticed one gallon of turf marker was missing. It happens so I sent an e-mail that evening. The next morning by 0900 CST I had received an e-mail from Wes advising me they would ship another gallon. The missing gallon arrived by Wednesday. I expected it to be no big deal but was very surprised to have a response within a few hours of the time I notified Keystone and on a weekend. Thanks Wes! The prices were great and the service was outstanding. I will be a customer for life.
