Product is very effective with killing cactus in Texas. A five foot high prickly pear cactus was totally dead in 4 months. You must spray all sides of the cactus in order for the product to be effective. Appears to work better in spring and summer.

I mixed the solution by directions and so far no results and it has been 7 days since applied, can you tell me why?

This product is a ground sterilizer not a contact killer. It kills existing weeds very slowly, up to 3 weeks or more.
Adding surfactant does speed up the kill on existing weeds.

I use this product on my Whitetail Deer food plots planted in Clover and Alfalfa. The seed is from a Company that only does Whitetail research and sales. Butyrac 200 works great and a lot cheaper than what they sell.

I have used Peptoil concentrate with several weed killers and it works great.

I have used Butyrac 200 on alfalfa and white clover for years. It does a great job on all broadleaf weeds including curlydoc thistle.
