Admire Pro Systemic Protectant from Bayer CropScience is a suspension concentrate insecticide formulated with imidacloprid at 42.8% (4.6 lb ai/gallon) - a Group 4A neonicotinoid that provides true systemic protection when applied to the soil or root zone. Once absorbed by roots, imidacloprid moves through the xylem to all vegetative parts of the plant, delivering long-lasting residual control of sucking and piercing insects as the plant grows, along with reduced transmission of certain insect-vectored plant viruses. Admire Pro also offers a foliar application option for faster-acting, shorter-residual control. With one of the broadest labels in the industry - covering field crops, vegetables, tree fruit and nut crops, citrus, berries, grapes, and more - Admire Pro is a foundational systemic insecticide for aphid, whitefly, leafhopper, and beetle management across nearly every type of agricultural operation.

Important Restrictions
- Highly toxic to bees. Do not apply to blooming crops or weeds while bees are foraging. Most crops require flowering to be complete and petals fallen before application unless specific exceptions are met (see label) - applications to crops under contracted pollination services require 48-hour advance beekeeper notification if bees must remain on site.
- Toxic to aquatic invertebrates. No-spray buffer zones apply near lakes, rivers, streams, ponds, and other aquatic sites - 25 ft (soil, ground foliar) to 150 ft (aerial foliar).
- Not for hydroponic or soilless media - field-type soil or potting media/soil mixtures only.
- Rotational crops: most crops on an imidacloprid label (plus barley, canola, corn, rapeseed, sorghum, wheat) may be planted immediately; cereals and safflower require 30 days; all other crops require 12 months.
