Roundup QuikPro is a new Roundup formulation from Monsanto, especially designed to kill fast. It contains Diquat, a desiccant which knocks down weeds in as little as 24 hours! If you want to see weeds die fast, you definitely want to try this product!

Product Details: Controlling problem weeds just got easier with the introduction of this new formulation of Roundup. QuikPro has two active ingredients, 73.3% Glyphosate and 2.9% Diquat. The addition of Diquat along with a new surfactant gives you even a faster burn down. It is a non-selective post emergent herbicide for commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential weed control. Suitable for use in pump-up, backpack, and larger sprayers. Use to control broadleaf and grass weeds or woody brush and trees, roots and all. The product is absorbed quickly by plants and is rain fast in about an hour. The simple and mistake-proof measuring saves time and labor cost. The dust-free formulation provides fewer spills and splashing, improving worker.

Product Description: This product is a post-emergence, systemic herbicide with no soil residual activity. It is generally non-selective and gives a broad spectrum control of many annual weeds, perennial weeds, woody brush and trees. It is formulated as a water-soluble granule containing surfactant and no additional surfactant is needed or recommended. It may be applied through most standard sprayers after dissolution and thorough mixing with water according to label instructions.

Time to Symptoms: This product moves through the plant from the point of foliage contact to and into the root system. Visible effects on most annual weeds occur within 1 day, and on most perennial weeds in 2 days. Extremely cool or cloudy weather following treatment may slow activity of this product and delay development of visual symptoms. Visible effects are a quick yellowing of the foliage which advances to complete browning of above-ground growth and deterioration of underground plant parts. 
 
Mode of Action: One of the active ingredients in this product inhibits an enzyme found only in plants and microorganisms that is essential to formation of specific amino acids. A second active rapidly disrupts cell integrity of photosynthetically active tissues in the contacted foliage.
